She manages all aspects of client services including pricing, project planning; onboarding and implementation; ongoing project oversite; and change control. Her team provides the highest standard of customer care, developing strategies in conjunction with clients to realize the value of contracted services. Christina has over 15 years of Account Management experience in the healthcare and e-commerce fulfillment industry, managing clients shipping anywhere from 200 to 100,000 shipments per month.
Quality Assurance Manager, Epic Fulfillment
Trinette VanderPoel is the Quality Assurance Manager for Epic Fulfillment, Inc. She is a proactive and detail-oriented professional with ten years of Quality experience. She is an expert in data analysis, collection, and reporting that mitigates risk, eliminates inefficiencies, and delivers high levels of service quality. Prior to joining Epic, Trinette was a Senior Compliance Program Audit Leader for inVentiv Health, establishing or amending compliance programs and the corresponding policies and procedures for healthcare facilities. She also served as a subject matter expert on business and process improvement, bringing a strong analytical eye and a creative approach to resolving operational problems.
Manager, Warehouse Operations
Jim has more than 23 years of experience as an Operations and Warehouse Manager in Rx and OTC fulfillment. His prior experience includes Cardinal Health where he served as a Manager of Warehouse Operations and VAWD as a Designated Representative.
Jeff comes to Epic Fulfillment with more than 20 years of Information Technology experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a minor in Systems Security while holding CompTIA & Microsoft certifications. While starting off his career as an IT consultant to gain vast knowledge in the industry, he then moved into non-profit, and then into government. While spending time at these different organizations, he has supported hundreds of different systems and applications.
